By accessing or using Comicory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Comicory is an AI-powered comic generation platform that converts text stories into visual comic panels. The Service includes script generation, image generation, and comic management features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must authenticate via Google or GitHub to access account features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your account or use another person's account.

4. Credits & Billing

  • Free accounts receive 30 panel credits per month.
  • Paid subscriptions provide additional credits as described on our Pricing page.
  • Credits do not roll over between billing periods.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the stories you submit. For AI-generated content:

  • You receive a broad license to use, share, and commercially exploit comics generated through your account.
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated comics.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your input stories do not violate third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models
  • Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Comicory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
