Character references are now tall portraits

New characters are drawn on a 3:4 portrait canvas instead of a square, so the figure is bigger and more detailed in the reference your panels copy from.

Square thumbnails now keep the head and shoulders in view. Characters you already have keep their square reference; nothing is redrawn.
